A small cinema runs throughout the day a highly informative documentary about how the Bavarian beer culture has evolved from its days of rudimentary brewing experimentation during the medieval times, through innumerable small farm and monastery based brewing operations under the supervision of the Bavarian Kingdom, up until today's worldwide export industry dominated mainly by six major Munich breweries.
