Cirkuswiese is suffering from years of neglect despite the fact that the location it has been managed by the Hacker -Pschorr Bräuhaus since recently. While the beer garden is closed, the gate remains open which invites attracts the random occasional lone office worker to sit down with their a lunch pack or read a newspaper.

Circuswiese is usually open in the summer only when weather conditions are ideal and during the Oktoberfest. However, as of August 2010, the beer garden had has so-far not opened for the season. This is surely a waste of unsold beer. Given a bit of renovation and its central location amongst many offices and residential flats, Cirkusweisse could surely become a popular beer garden, especially at lunchtime.
