Cirkuswiese is suffering from years of neglect despite the fact that it has been managed the property is owned by the Hacker-Pschorr Bräuhaus since recent years. While the beer garden is closed, the gate remains open which attracts the occasional lone office worker to sit down with a lunch pack or read a newspaper.

Looking back on prior years, The food and beer stall will sometimes open during major football tournaments with a public viewing screen and during the Oktoberfest and fresh . Fresh roasted chicken (Hendl) will be is then sold in the beer garden. Given a bit of renovation and its the central location amongst office blocks and residential apartmentsand some major renovation, Cirkuswiese could surely potentially be reinvigorated as a popular beer garden location again, especially during lunchtime.
