Raabe's Wirtshaus located opposite a small church in the picture-postcard village of Steinebach, approximately 25km south west of Munich. The restaurant has existed since 1911 and includes a small beer garden shaded by a thick canopy of chestnut trees.

The beer garden is open when the weather is good seasonally from 1st May until 1st October, Monday to Saturday from 5pm and on Sunday and public holidays from 11am until midnight or when the last guest have left.
