Cirkuswiese is a small and one of the less busier beer gardens in Munich, situated next to the “Wiesn” where the Oktoberfest takes place. The beer garden is owned by the Hacker Pschorr beer hall across the road, which includes a servced beer garden.

This otherwise nice beer garden location is suffering from years of neglect despite the fact it is now managed by the Hacker Pschorr beer hall across the road. Even while the beer garden is closed, which is mostly the case, at least the gate remains open which invites the random office worker to sit down with their own lunch packs and drinks as a better alternative over their office building canteen.

Circuswiese is only open during prolonged periods of good weather or during the Oktoberfest.
