Kongress Garten

Der Kongress Garten is located at a former exibition centre in Munich. The beer garden opened in 2007 by the name of Die Alte Messe, which was changed to Der Kongress Garten in 2010 after an ownership change. The adjoining restaurant and beer hall originally served as the canteen for the exibition centre.

The main entrance to the beergarden is behind the famous Bavaria statue overlooking the Wiesn where the Oktoberfest takes place.
