The [[Weißbier]] comes from the [[Brauerei Jacob| Jacob]] brewery. As of 2011, Maisinger Seehof was the first beer garden in Bavaria to offer alcohol free Weißbier from the barrel, supplied by [[Ankerbräu]]. All other non-alcoholic drinks are from [http://www.perger-saefte.de Kelterei Perger] - a biological fruit juice producer located close to the Ammersee.

The beer garden is open from April to end of October when the weather is good from 10am until the last guest has left. The beer garden and restaurant is closed on Mondays.
