The Chinese lantern festival attracts each summer thousands of guests. Each guest gets a Chinese lantern to put on the table and at nightfall thousands of Chinese lanterns shine in the beer garden. Various bands perform on a small stage in the beer garden on a regular basis. A highlight for kids is the large playground with an electric railway ride <!-- Ampertal-Kindereisenbahn -->.
